Fayetteville man wanted on murder charge in April shooting in Cumberland County

A Fayetteville man is wanted on a murder charge in an April shooting in Cumberland County, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.

Glenn Richard Tedder II, 35, is being sought on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the April 16 killing of Timothy Shannon, 33, according to a news release. Shannon was fatally shot in the 3300 block of King Charles Road off Camden Road about 10:30 p.m., the release said.

Two others are being sought for questioning: Glenn Richard Tedder, 56, presumably related to Tedder II, and Joshua David McQuage, 34, of Raeford, according to the release.
