The FBI announced police arrested a Hudson woman based on her alleged actions at the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol attack. Kirstyn Niemela, 33, was arrested after prosecutors received tips and reviewed video from the riot. Prosecutors arrested Niemela on four charges, such as disorderly conduct in a capitol building, as well as entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds. The FBI said they "continue to seek the public’s assistance in identifying individuals who made unlawful entry into the U.S. Capitol building and committed various other alleged criminal violations" on Jan. 6, 2021.
