FBI seeks reputed gang member in El Paso-Las Cruces area wanted in gun cases

A reputed gang member wanted on gun charges and "considered armed and dangerous" is sought by FBI agents in the El Paso-Las Cruces area, officials said.

Isaiah Lance Rivera, 21, an alleged Shooters On Go gang member from Las Cruces, is wanted on a federal warrant issued last July, according to a wanted poster shared by the FBI El Paso office in a tweet on Wednesday.

Rivera was federally charged in Las Cruces with receiving a firearm by a person under indictment. He also is wanted on state felony warrants for several incidents involving guns, including an armed robbery and an aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to Crime Stoppers of Las Cruces & Doña Ana County, which featured Rivera as a fugitive in February.

Rivera has ties to Las Cruces, El Paso, the small community of La Mesa in Doña Ana County and the state of Arizona, the FBI reported.

Rivera – who is known by the nicknames of "Zay," "Zaylo," "Yung Lok" and "Zay Kurra" – is about 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 125 to 144 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes, according to the FBI wanted poster.

He has tattoos on his left arm, including a pharaoh's face inked on the back of his left hand.
