FBI seeks victim information in Integris Health cyber incident

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The FBI Oklahoma City Field Office is seeking to
identify potential victims of the November 2023 INTEGRIS Health cyber incident, which
compromised the Personal Identifying Information (PII) of over two million patients.

The types of PII impacted may include: name, date of birth, contact information, demographic information, and/or Social Security number, according to the FBI.

Authorities confirm in December 2023, INTEGRIS Health learned that patients began receiving communications from a group claiming responsibility for the unauthorized access. Patients may have also received extortion emails, requesting money to have their information removed from the dark web.

If you and/or your dependent(s) were contacted by or engaged with anyone claiming
responsibility for this cyber incident, or have information relevant to this investigation, go online
to fbi.gov/IntegrisCyberIncident and fill out a short form.

If you already submitted a complaint to ic3.gov, there is no need to fill out the form.

FBI says, responses are voluntary but may be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.

Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution, and rights under federal and/or state law.
