EMT arrested, charged with sex abuse in Brooklyn

An EMT was hit with forcible touching and sex abuse charges in Brooklyn on Sunday, police said.

Richard Miller, 36, was off-duty when he was arrested in Bay Ridge’s 68th precinct around 1:25 a.m., cops said.

Miller is a medic with a private company. The NYPD initially misidentified him as an FDNY EMT.

His arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court was pending Sunday evening.

A police spokesperson could not provide further details on the arrest.
