The 10 a.m. hearing will be held in the Dirksen Senate Office Building and the committee said that because Senate offices are not open to the public except for "official business visitors and credentialed press," in-person visitors will not be accommodated. The hearing will be streamed on the committee's website, with written witness testimony available online at the start of the hearing.

Robinson holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's degree in energy law from the University of Tulsa. She is a lecturer at Tufts University, according to the White House, and is a lifetime Girl Scout after earning her Silver Award.
