Can you feel the heat? Warm weather continues throughout the weekend
Heat ridge is holding tight over Central Florida.

Meteorologist George Waldenberger said the upper 80s will return, and temperatures should approach record territory.
It’s all due to the heat ridge that’s been in place through the week.

It should stay in place through most of next week as well.
We should expect quiet and very warm weather through next Friday.

There will be dry afternoons with more comfortable mornings and areas of fog.
The heat ridge will break down a little next weekend.

That will bring some cooler air and more of a chance for rain by the end of next weekend.
