At 62, Carol Alt still walks the walk.

The ’80s supermodel (also known back in the day as The Face) popped up on the runway Friday night during Miami Swim Week’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show at the W South Beach, along with some familiar faces including vets Vendela, Samantha Hoopes, Roshumba, and Elsa Benitez, who now calls Miami home.

Her hair long, free and wavy, Alt looked fierce striking various poses in a white one-piece and see-through cover-up as folks in the audience whooped and cheered.

The New York City native posted a video of the showstopping appearance on Instagram, telling her followers how great it felt to get out there again and acknowledging that the crowd’s positive energy amped her up.

“Feeling like a million bucks!” said the caption. “Walking the runway for Sports Illustrated Swim Week in Miami was an absolute blast. As I strutted down that catwalk, I couldn’t help but embrace my inner Carol Alt and soak in the electrifying energy all around me.”

Commenters agreed:

“You still got it girl!!! Beautiful!”

“A legendary walk”

“62 never looked so good.”

The actress-model, who made her debut with SI: Swimsuit more than 40 years ago in 1982, went on to appear in more than 700 covers throughout her career.

So how does Alt look so amazing?

On another Instagram post Tuesday while posing for a shoe ad in Miami Beach, she admitted upkeep is not as easy as it looks and that discipline is key.

“I struggle to eat right. And yes, it always is a struggle. Don’t tell me that I’m not tempted by melted vanilla ice cream. I just don’t do it,” Alt wrote. “I remember what my mom said when I was a kid ‘a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips…’ For some reason it just stuck with me.”
