Felony charge filed in 2016 against Pennsylvania woman dropped

ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A felony charge of resisting a law enforcement officer with violence filed in 2016 against a Pennsylvania woman was dismissed by state prosecutors, court records show.

A judge in November ordered her court case be expunged after determining Charmayne Minaya, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania was not found guilty of the felony offense which TCPalm reported in its Aug. 16, 2016 felony blotter.
