FEMA disaster recovery center open in Jasper County to help those affected by recent severe storms

A FEMA disaster recovery center is open in Jasper County to provide one-on-one assistance for people that were directly affected by severe storms on Jan. 12.

Recovery specialists from FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration will provide information on available services, explain assistance programs, and help survivors with their applications.

The center is located at New Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 190 Rocky Creek Road, Mansfield, GA 30055.

The center is open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The center is closed Sundays.
