FEMA: Hurricane Ian Disaster Recovery Centers reopen Monday
Disaster Recovery Centers for those impacted by Hurricane Ian will reopen on Monday, FEMA has announced.

Locations around the state temporarily closed last week due to severe weather brought on by Tropical Storm Nicole.

FEMA said that most centers will operate Monday though Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and remain closed on Sundays.
Here are locations throughout Central Florida:
Brevard County: Cuyler Park Community Center, 2331 Harry T. Moore Ave., Mims, Florida 32754
Flagler County: Flagler County Fairgrounds, 150 Sawgrass Rd., Bunnell, Florida 32110
Lake County: First Baptist Church of Astor Lake County, 24731 Ann St., Astor Florida 32102
Orange County: Barnett Park, 4801 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, Florida 32808
Osceola County: Hart Memorial Central Library, 211 E. Dakin Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34741
Polk County: W.H. Stuart Center, 1702 S. Holland Pkwy., Bartow, Florida 33830
Seminole County: Seminole State College - Barbara Miller Automotive Center, 100 Weldon Blvd., Sanford, Florida 32773
Volusia County: Volusia County Health Department, 1845 Holsonback Dr., Daytona Beach, Florida 32117

Additionally, FEMA said its mobile Disaster Recovery Centers plan to make stops in Orange and Osceola counties beginning Monday.

Orange County:
Nov. 14 - Nov. 17: Downey Park, 10107 Flowers Ave, Orlando, Florida 32825
Osceola County:
Nov.14 - Nov. 16: Buenaventura Lakes Library, 405 Buenaventura Blvd., Kissimmee, Florida 34743
Nov. 18 - Nov. 20: Veterans Memorial Library - St. Cloud Branch, 810 13th St., Saint Cloud, Florida 34769
Nov. 28 - Dec. 1: Poinciana Library, 101 North Doverplum Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34758
FEMA reminds residents that it is not necessary to visit a center to apply for assistance.
Survivors can go online, use the FEMA mobile app or call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362.
The Helpline is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET.

FEMA said residents who suffered damage from Hurricane Nicole should do the following:
Contact your insurance company.
Take pictures of the damage.
Begin cleaning up.
Save receipts.
