Festhalle Farmer's Market getting cool upgrade thanks to Cullman Savings Bank

Feb. 27—The Festhalle Farmer's Market recently received a $19,900 boost from Cullman Savings Bank.

According to a statement from bank representatives, "This contribution underscores the bank's commitment to supporting local agriculture and community initiatives."

The Festhalle Farmer's Market, a hub for more than 28 local farmers and vendors, will utilize the funds to purchase large fans.

Michael Gravemen, Manager of the Festhalle Farmer's Market, highlighted the significance of the donation.

"The addition of large fans to our market is a critical upgrade that would not have been possible without the support of local businesses like Cullman Savings Bank," Gravemen said. "Their donation reflects a genuine partnership and commitment to enhancing the market experience for everyone involved."

According to a press release, the Cullman Savings Foundation has contributed more than $728,000 to various community projects since it was established.

Local farmer Jeremy Calvert expressed his gratitude for the support.
