FHP: 1 driver dead after 4 vehicle crash in Central Florida
A four-vehicle crash in Central Florida left three people injured and one woman dead.
On Thursday, troopers were on the scene of the crash at 5:49 p.m. on the southbound lanes of I-95 near mile marker 174 in Palm Bay, FHP reported.
The Brevard County crash involved a 2017 Chevy Cruze, a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser, a 2013 Ford F-750 with a trailer and a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe.
The victim was a 44-year-old Palm Bay woman driving the Chevy Cruze, FHP reported.
She died at the scene.
The three other drivers remained at the scene as first responders did not take them to the hospital.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
