Fiery crash shuts downs Route 16 in Mendon

A fiery crash has shut down Route 16 in Mendon, Massachusetts.

According to Mendon police, Route 16, which is also Uxbridge Road, is closed between Thornton Street and Harvard Avenue West.

The closure is due to a motor vehicle crash.

Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes and to expect delays.
