Filomena's to host Safe Future's fundraiser
Sep. 13—WATERFORD — Filomena's Restaurant and the Crescent Beach chapter of Business Networking International are hosting a raffle fundraising event Thursday night at Filomena's for Safe Future's 4K Safe Walk Kick Off.
The event costs $20 to enter, if tickets are purchased in advance, and $25 at the door. An arm's length of raffle tickets costs $20. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Safe Future's.
Raffle prizes include massages, facials, photo shoots, pet supplies and a two-night Airbnb stay at Keeny Cove Cottage in Waterford, among other prizes.
Filomena's will offer a "special purple drink" for the event and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Safe Future's.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 262 Boston Post Road in Waterford, with Safe Future's Annual 4k Safe Walk to follow on Sunday Oct. 23.
