Final score predictions for Ravens vs. Chargers

The Baltimore Ravens will be looking to continue their scorching hot start to the 2021 season in Week 6 when they take on the Los Angeles Chargers at M&T Bank Stadium. It will mark Baltimore’s first 1:00pm EST game since Week 3 against the Detroit Lions, as the team has played three of their first five matchups under the bright lights of prime time.

This game has the potential to be another exciting one, something that the Ravens has become familiar with through their first five games of the year. Both teams are extremely talented and well-coached, so they will likely have to play a near-perfect game in order to come out with a victory.

Below we look at final score predictions for Baltimore’s Week 6 matchup with Los Angeles.

Sunday will mark the first time that Lamar Jackson and Justin Herbert will face off against each other in an NFL game. The two quarterbacks have a host of talented playmakers around them on the offensive side of the ball, as well as defensive unit that excel in some areas but struggle in others.

A matchup like this has the potential to be absolutely electric. However, considering how much the Chargers have struggled against the run and how close the Ravens’ run game seems to a breakout, it feels like Baltimore could win this one in a high-scoring affair.

This game should be one of the more exciting ones of the week. Both teams enter Week 6 with a 4-1 record and lead their respective divisions in the standings. If people didn’t believe that quarterback Lamar Jackson could throw before Week 5, he should of proved many wrong on Monday night after his sensational come-from-behind win against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Chargers also have a quarterback who can throw the ball well in Justin Herbert. With both signal callers having the ability to drive the ball down the field, this matchup could be a high-scoring shootout. With both teams playing extremely well, I give the advantage to the home team.

Ravens 37, Chargers 34
