Final X New York: Results from USA Wrestling competition at Madison Square Garden
Fourteen wrestlers booked a spot on Team USA on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden.
Wrestlers competed in five weight classes in each of the three different Olympic wrestling disciplines during the Final X competition. The winners of each best-of-three series earned a spot on Team USA for the Senior World Championships, which are being held in Belgrade, Serbia Sept. 10-18.
One spot, women's freestyle 62 kg between Kayla Miracle and Jennifer Rogers was pushed to later this summer as Miracle recovers from an injury.
The other 15 spots on Team USA were determined last weekend at Final X Stillwater in Oklahoma. Those results can be found at the bottom of this page.
