From Woman's Day

Like opening your presents early? Then you're in luck: Freeform just gave all of us the best gift ever — a whole month before December.

The network has already announced several additions to their 2019 rendition of their annual Christmas event, "25 Days of Christmas," and each is more exciting than the last. In fact, some are downright historic.

But now they've shared even more info to amp us up for the holidays — including the full schedule for both "25 Days of Christmas" and their "Kickoff to Christmas" special. Here's everything we know so far:

What's new this year?

In 2019, for the first time ever on cable TV, "25 Days of Christmas" will include Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman. We can't wait to cozy up by the fire to enjoy those classics!

What else can we expect to see?

Rudolph and Frosty aren't the only Christmas favorites you can expect to catch come holiday time. They'll make their small-screen debut alongside several other family-friendly titles in the lineup, including Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, The Little Drummer Boy, and more.

And as if that's not enough excitement for one announcement, the network also let on that they'll be premiering a new holiday series this year called Wrap Battle. Yes, DIYers, that's exactly what it sounds like: a creative gift-wrapping competition!

According to Deadline, contestants will receive various challenges at the start of each episode, and they'll have to duke it out, Iron Chef style. It's elimination-based, too, so you can expect to see some healthy competition among the crafters.

When will "25 Days of Christmas" begin—and how can I watch?

The round-the-clock Christmas programming begins on December 1, 2019 and concludes 25 days later (December 25 — or Christmas Day!). If you don't have Freeform, you can always stream the network here.
