Terry Chandler, whose family founded Fred’s, is launching Goodnight Steakhouse and Saloon in Albany. That’s two hours west of Fort Worth in a landmark location at 517 U.S. Highway 180, the former Beehive.
Grady Spears, Reata’s co-founder and lately of Horseshoe Hill, is opening the Pitched Fork in Bellville, a three-hour drive south between Houston and Austin.
