FINISH TIME: Dewey, OUHS runners find stride at Adair competition

Dewey High’s boys cross country team cruised into fourth place during the Adair meet this week.

Scott Horton scooted past the finish line in 12th place (:19.24) o lead the way.

Following are more details for Dewey and Oklahoma Union runners at the meet.

DEWEY BOYS

Daniel Jones dashed into 20th place to provide Dewey a one-two punch in the upper part of the field.

Following are the other Dewey results: Clayton Evans (36th, 20:54), Cooper Eutsler (67th, 23:07), Caleb Whitson (74th, 23:49), Lathe Griggs (82nd, 24:28), Teagen Crane (90th, 24:47), Kooper Crawford (97th, 25:10), Tre Hicks (25:33), Karson Johnson (25:48) and Aiden Deathridge (31:05).

DEWEY GIRLS

Tania Salinas has medalled in our four races, Dewey head coach Lance Knight said.

Tania Salinas (19th, 13:45), Izzy Perry (46th, 15:13), Eden McKinney (69th, 16:06).

OKLAHOMA UNION BOYS

Nicolas Jackson (14th, 19:30), Jack Campos (80th, 24:24), Braiden Green (81st, 24:27), James Bottoms (103rd, 25:38), Colton Wickham (105th, 25:55), Jimmy Williams (106th, 26:02).
