Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel knows in his bones what it’s like to be cold.

The 40 year old was born in Colorado, beginning his NFL career as an intern with the Broncos in 2005 after graduating from Yale, in Connecticut, which also experiences severe winters.

But the married father of one’s blood may have thinned a bit since moving down to the Sunshine State last February for his gig with the Fins.

Because on Friday night, he sure looked mighty chilly at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, as he watched his team take on the Jets, eventually winning 34-13.

According to the National Weather Service, the tristate area experienced a low of around 30 degrees (Miami’s was 73, just sayin’.)

Though McDaniel entered the stadium in a sherpa style coat, he was later seen on the sidelines in just a gray sweatshirt, sweatpants and sneakers (no socks!), shivering near a giant heater.

When the Jets were down 6-27, Sports Illustrated reports, NYC fans began giving McDaniel some, um, heat, over where he was positioned.

A video circulating on social media shows McDaniel turn around to his hecklers, pull his mic away and yell, “I’m cold....!”

Then a few seconds later, he turns around again to the peanut gallery with a zinger: “...Also winning!” as people around him laugh.

For Sunday’s away game vs. the Commanders at FedEx field in Maryland, may we suggest some long johns?
