BYESVILLE − A fire broke out on Friday afternoon at the home of Nick Repasky who resides at 220 Euclid Avenue in the village of Byesville.

The fire broke out at about 4 p.m. according to a neighbor with the Byesville Volunteer Fire Department, Cambridge Fire Department and Pleasant City Volunteer Fire Departments all responding to the scene.

Firefighters finally extinguished the fire around 5:45 p.m. with the fire appearing to start in the attached garage which appears was a total loss. A back portion of the house was also damaged, with extensive roof damage.

Firefighters returned to the home around 10 p.m. when the fire restarted, and were on scene reportedly until around 11:30 p.m. when the fire was again put out.
