Fire breaks out at Smolak Farms overnight
A massive fire broke out at Smolak Farms in North Andover early Friday morning.
Crews from multiple fire departments, including Methuen and Andover, responded to South Bradford Street to battle the blaze.
No injuries were reported. It is unclear if any animals were injured in the fire.
In a statement on their Instagram page, Smolak Farms says they’re “grateful that the damage was contained to a small area of our property,” and that the Farm Stand, Ice Cream Stand and animal viewing area remains fully operational.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office and the North Andover Fire Department.
