Fire burns Tarpey Village McDonald’s in Fresno County

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A fire broke out at a McDonald’s Wednesday morning near Ashlan and Clovis avenues in Tarpey Village.

Fire crews responded to the McDonald’s around 7:30 a.m.

Fire crews on the scene say the fire started in the electrical room and kitchen area. No injuries were reported and the fire was quickly contained, officials say. Over 20 firefighters responded to the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
