Oct. 14—Firefighters from 10 departments are battling a house fire in West Mifflin, according to Allegheny County 911.

The fire in the 1600 block of Lebanon School Road was reported shortly before 4 a.m. The two-story, single family home was reportedly fully engulfed.

Firefighters were still fighting the fire more than an hour later, a county dispatcher said.

No injuries had been reported as of about 5:15 a.m., the dispatcher said.

According to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI, an older couple lives in the home, and officials could not say if they had gotten out safely.

Neighbors told the station that the man got out, but may have gone back in to get his wife.

The Allegheny County Fire Marshal was at the scene to investigate.
