Fire Fighters Work to Slow Progress of Saddle Ridge Fire in Santa Clarita

Mandatory evacuations were put in place for thousands of residents near the Saddleridge Fire in northern Los Angeles, California, authorities said on Friday, October 11.

During a 5 pm update, the Los Angeles County Fire Department wrote the Saddleridge Fire had grown to 7,500 acres and was at 13 percent containment.
