Firefighters Battle Brush Fire in California's Brea Canyon

Firefighters successfully contained a brush fire burning in Brea Canyon in northern Orange County, California, on December 13.

The blaze was first reported as a small vegetation fire only a quarter of an acre at the time. The progress of the fire was stopped hours later with the fire only growing to six acres, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
