Firefighters battle natural gas line fire in St. Paul street
Firefighters battled a natural gas fire in St. Paul on Saturday.
The fire at Brainerd Avenue and Burr Street, which did not extend to any homes, was believed to have been caused by lightning, according to the St. Paul Fire Department.
The department reported about 11:40 a.m. that gas lines had been shut off and the fire was out.
