When firefighters first got on scene, the home where the fire started was fully involved, Dayton Fire Captain Tyler McCoy said.

McCoy said the fire spread to every floor of the house and the house had “extensive damage.”

Fire spread to the blue house to the right of the original home. McCoy said fire crews were able to act quickly and keep the damage to that home to a minimum.
