Drinkard Development is redoing the site that once was anchored by Kmart for years until the store closed.

Ross Dress for Less, Marshall’s, Buff City Soap, Five Below and Ulta Beauty have already been announced as tenants, set to open in the approximate 144,000-square-foot former Kmart building.

Firehouse Subs and Tropical Smoothie Café will be tenants in an 8,000-square-foot commercial building that will front the Western Plaza center. There is also space for two other tenants, yet to be announced.

A DG Market and Popshelf, Tractor Supply and Harbor Freight are among existing businesses that have continued to operate to the west of the redevelopment.
