Today is the hottest day of the year in Jacksonville so far.
Jacksonville has tied the record high temperature of 99 degrees at JIA.
A heat advisory goes until 8 p.m.
Hot even through the night. Temperatures at 11 .pm. are in the 80s but it will feel like the 90s.
It will take time overnight to cool off.
Wetter weather through the weekend: much needed and make it less “hot.”
