First Lady Jill Biden revealed the 2023 White House Christmas decorations in a colorful video that featured dancers decked out in festive costumes.
The dancers are from Dorrance Dance and they performed their interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite.
The theme of President Joe Biden’s third Christmas in the White House is “Magic, Wonder and Joy.” From oversized candy canes to Santa’s sleigh, the decor nods to several Christmas tales.
However, many online were quick to criticise the decor and video for being tacky. Others compared Jill Biden’s choices to Melania Trump’s spooky red Christmas trees from 2018.
