Cincinnati, which is entering its second season under head coach Wes Miller, finished 18-15 (7-11 AAC) last season and eighth in the final conference standings. After defeating East Carolina in the first round of the AAC Tournament, the Bearcats fell to top-seeded Houston on the second day.
