Families and Disney lovers will have a new cruise trip option in 2024 with the Disney Treasure, revealed by Disney Cruise Line on Tuesday.

The new ship includes features from Coco, Zootopia, Aladdin, Pocahontas, Up, Encanto and more famous Disney and Pixar movies. Additionally, this is the first time the Disney Cruise Line is bringing Disney Parks-inspired elements to a ship.

“The Disney Treasure will bring brand new stories to life, blending one-of-a-kind experiences with the extraordinary entertainment, world-class dining and unparalleled hospitality that make every sailing so memorable,” a statement Sharon Siskie, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Line, reads. “As we chart a course for adventure, we’re so excited for families to discover the excitement and exploration that awaits onboard the sixth ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.”

Royal suites are focused on a particular "character journey" from movies like The Lion King, The Jungle Book and Aladdin.

The design of the Tomorrow Tower Suite is inspired by EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort, which will include colourful glass elements and "molten metal" accents in its nearly 2,000 square feet of space that sleeps up to eight guests.

Plaza de Coco will be a theatrical dining experience based on the film Coco, with tables surrounding the stage. The food will be "modern twists on traditional Mexican fare."

The Disney Treasure will also include the Heihei Café, inspired by Moana, and the Jade Cricket Café, inspired by Mulan.

Onboard the Disney Treasure, the sweetshop, Jumbeaux’s Sweets, will be reminiscent of the popular ice cream parlor, Jumbeaux Café, from the bustling mammal metropolis featured in Disney’s “Zootopia.” Surrounded by playful pink interiors, Victorian-style architecture and an endearing sculpture of Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, guests will be served humor and heart by the cone full, along with a selection of more than 35 flavors of handmade gelato, ice cream and sorbets, specialty treats, candies and more. For a sweet treat, Jumbeaux’s Sweets will be similar to the ice cream parlour, Jumbeaux Café, from the movie Zootopia. Featuring pink, Victorian-style architecture and a sculpture of Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, there will be 20 flavours of handmade gelato, 16 flavours of ice cream and sorbet, among other sweets for guests to enjoy.

On board the Disney Treasure, Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, guests will dive into the mythical depths of uncharted oceans at the Periscope Pub. Serving as Disney Cruise Line’s first venue inspired by the spellbinding adventure of Walt Disney’s 1954 film, “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” and the legacy Disney Parks attraction, the submarine-styled interiors will give guests a look at the watery world below through an intriguing glass ceiling. Inspired by the 1954 movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and the complementary attraction at Disney Parks that was in operation from 1971 to 1994, the Periscope Pub will be a casual dining establishment designed like a submarine, intended to be a space to allow guests to "unwind."

There will be a "mysterious window" along the ceiling with a view "into the depths of the uncharted oceans."

Adult food and beverage spaces will also include The Rose, Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté, all present on the Disney Wish as well.
