The first look has arrived for comedian and former Casualty star Rosie Jones's new gameshow.

A teaser and promotional images offer a sneak peek at the 12-part series Out of Order, which is due to air on Comedy Central this year in two batches.

Taskmaster's Katherine Ryan and Loose Women presenter Judi Love will serve as team captains for the panel show, where two teams of celebrities try to work out who has the best judgment.

The two teams — which will feature the likes of Love Island's Iain Stirling, Maisie Adam, Phil Wang and Richard Osman, among others — have to figure out which one of Rosie’s Regulars fits a specific question — like who has had the most one-night stands or who has ghosted the most people?

Rosie's Regulars are made up entirely of members of the general public, so the celebrity teams will be relying strictly on their own judgmental instincts.

"Being a team captain on Out of Order is so much fun," Judi said. "I laughed so hard with Rosie, Katherine and our unique line-up of guests. And let’s just say guessing or some might say judging our regulars gave us many moments of unbelievable surprises."

Fellow Out of Order team captain Katherine Ryan said: "There is nothing more I love in life than judging people, so I am thrilled to be a team captain on a gameshow that actively encourages me to do that. Expect chaos, laughs and ridiculous revelations all steered by the most brilliant host in Rosie. Even better, I get to work with Dame Judi Love on the home of funny, Comedy Central."

Rosie previously shared some behind-the-scenes photos from filming on the Comedy Central series, where she opened up about how proud she is to have hosted the inclusive series.

"Not only was it my first time hosting my own show, it was the most diverse and inclusive team I’ve ever worked on, both on and off screen," she wrote on Instagram.

"Female host, two powerhouse female team captains, female writers and a predominantly female production team, including Hannah, a dream of a series producer and dear friend. We met eight years ago as researcher and assistant producer and now look at us!! Women supporting women."

Out of Order will air later this year on Comedy Central.
