A first look at Succession star Sarah Snook in new Apple TV+ movie The Beanie Bubble has been unveiled.

The new film takes a look at the Beanie Babies craze in the 1990s as frustrated toy salesman Ty Warner (Zach Galifianakis) teams up with three women to turn his masterstroke of an idea into an international phenomenon.

The movie is set to focus on a story "about what and who we value, and the unsung heroes whose names didn’t appear on the heart-shaped tag".

The new pictures see Snook and Galifianakis together sitting by a piano, with the movie also set to star Cocaine Bear's Elizabeth Banks, Cat Person's Geraldine Viswanathan, Raising Dion's Tracey Bonner and Hacks' Carl Clemons-Hopkins.

The Beanie Bubble comes from directors Kristin Gore and Damian Kulash Jr, based on a script by the former.

As well as the new movie, Snook is also lining up a role in Netflix horror Run Rabbit Run, which recently debuted a chilling trailer.

The actress is currently starring in the final season of Succession as Shiv Roy, which has two episodes left to air – including a finale set to run at 90 minutes.

Speaking previously about ending the show with season 4, creator Jesse Armstrong said: "Who knows about the psychological reasons, but the creative ones were that it felt really useful to not make the final, final decision for ages.

"You know, there's a promise in the title of Succession. I've never thought this could go on forever. The end has always been kind of present in my mind."

The Beanie Bubble is set to premiere in select theaters on July 21, and launches globally on Apple TV+ on July 28. Succession season 4 airs on HBO in the US, and Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK.
