Fire and EMS crews were called to the 20 block of Walnut Street at 10:10 p.m. Once at the scene, Channel 11 saw two houses were on fire.

No injuries have been reported at this time. A cause of the fire has not been released.

A fire chief on scene told Channel 11 that the flames were hard to put out due to tightly packed buildings on the street.

The house that caught on fire started on the second floor, spread to the attic and then to the house next door.

One of the homes is a total loss.
