For years, we’ve dreamed of a First Wives Club reunion — and while we’re not getting that exactly, this is pretty darn close. First Wives Club stars Diane Keaton, Goldie Hawn, and Bette Midler are reuniting for another family comedy, and we can’t wait to see these three icons back in action after over 20 years apart. It’s been way too long, so here’s everything we know about the project.

Deadline reports that this powerhouse trio will be teaming up for the film Family Jewels, about three women unwillingly forced together for the holidays. Keaton, Hawn, and Midler’s characters were all at one point married to the same man, who suddenly drops dead. The three women have to bring their kids and grandkids together in wake of his death, and — we imagine — all hell will break loose.

In the end, the plot isn’t so dissimilar from First Wives Club, in that at least two of these women are presumably divorcées and the plot kicks off with a funeral. In First Wives Club, the three women meet at an old college friend’s funeral, and bond over getting revenge on their ex-husbands. In this new movie, we assume they’ll bond over their shared family — but not without getting their claws into each other first.

“The chemistry of Diane, Bette and Goldie is unmatched and irresistible,” says Brad Fischer, Chief Content Officer of New Republic. “And I’m thrilled to help reunite them on screenfor generations of fans.”

Thanks, Brad! We very much appreciate it.
