COLUMBUS — All of their hard work paid off with the highest honors in the state.

Four seniors and one junior from Colonel Crawford were named to the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association's Division VI All-Ohio football teams, announced Monday afternoon.

After being named co-Offensive Player of the Year in the Northwest District and Offensive Player of the Year in the Northern 10, senior running back Lincoln Mollenkopf earned first-team All-Ohio honors for producing one of the greatest individual seasons the program has ever seen. In 12 games, he rushed for 2,500 yards (208.3 average) and 38 touchdowns on 263 carries (9.5 average).

Mollenkopf also hauled in 11 catches for 133 yards and two touchdowns. He set N10 and Colonel Crawford single-season records for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, and the 21-year-old Crawford County single-season record for rushing yards previously held by Crestline's Josh Friley (2,420).

Senior linebacker Carson Feichtner was named second team All-Ohio after being named honorable mention as a junior. The defensive standout led the team with 125 tackles, 27 for loss, and two interceptions. As a team, the Eagles held opposing offenses to just 190.1 yards and a mere 13.1 points per game this season.

Senior Nick Teglovic and Colonel Crawford's outstanding offensive line paved the way for much of Mollenkopf's success, and Teglovic was recognized by being named to the All-Ohio third team. Colonel Crawford finished with 3,879 yards and 61 touchdowns on the ground.

Junior defensive lineman Parker Ketterman and senior defensive back Carter Valentine each earned honorable mention nods. Ketterman was a standout on both sides of the ball, boasting a 95% block average and finishing with 60 tackles, 21 for loss, nine sacks and a fumble recovery.

A second team All-Ohioan last season, Valentine closed out his career with 48 tackles, three for loss, and five interceptions in nine games.

Here are the Division VI All-Ohio football teams for the 2021 season.
