Here are five games to see this week:

Eau Gallie at Cocoa; Monday, 6:30 p.m.

The Commodores travel to Cocoa to face the Tigers to open this week's slate of games.

Eau Gallie (4-11) is coming off a straight set loss to a tough Bayside team, while Cocoa (6-9) fell in straight sets to Astronaut, another top area opponent.

Megan Loft leads Eau Gallie with 59 kills while Kelly Carmody has 116 digs.

Sophia Reppert leads Cocoa with 125 kills and Tliah Reddick has 269 digs.

Both teams can look to bounce back in this game and start the week off with a win.

Astronaut at Bayside; Tuesday, 7 p.m.

Tuesday will be a day that has a couple competitive matches for fan to get out and see.

At the South end of the county, Bayside (10-6) hosts Astronaut (9-3) for the teams' second meeting of the season. The War Eagles won the first meeting in straight sets.

Kiley Redfern leads Astronaut with 125 kills and 16 blocks while teammate Alana Gibbons has 24 blocks and 44 kills.

Jasmine Calton has 129 kills for Bayside, with Amanda Jimenez adding 266 assists and 85 digs.

This will be an interesting game to see if Astronaut wins again or if Bayside can avenge that early season loss.

Merritt Island at Viera; Tuesday, 7 p.m.

This game will be a showdown between two volleyball powerhouses in the county.

Both the Hawks (11-3) and the Mustangs enter the game with only three losses and are undefeated against county opponents.

Mak Carter lis the Viera team leader for both kills (128) and blocks (22). Mallory Merz leads the way in assists (275) and is third in digs (49).

This will be the first of two meetings between Viera and Merritt Island this season, with the next game being held at Merritt Island on Oct. 11.

Astronaut at Satellite; Thursday, 7:15 p.m.

When the War Eagles and Scorpions played earlier this season, they alternated winning games until Astronaut won 3-2.

The second meeting between the teams will be hosted by Satellite (6-5) and could be another game that comes down to the end.

Satellite's Ava Bray should eclipse the 100-kill mark in this match (she currently has 98) while teammate Paige Syring is having a solid season with 33 blocks and 41 kills.

For Astronaut, Kimberly Tang is having an eventful season with 254 assists and 88 digs.

With home court advantage on their side this time around, the Scorpions have the chance to get a big win to close out the month.

Calvary Chapel Academy at Brevard HEAT; Thursday, 7:30 p.m.

Brevard HEAT has an unblemished record (10-0) heading into this week, while Calvary Chapel is 9-3.

The first time these two played Brevard HEAT took the win in three sets.

Catherine Bennett leads the way for the HEAT with 80 kills and 26 blocks.

Calvary Chapel has had an equal distribution among its kills leaders, Olivia Wolfe (39), Jolie Beolet (37) and Desiree Greene (37).

Calvary Chapel will need to battle hard to challenge and hand Brevard HEAT a rare loss.
