Five hotels near Lambeau Field where football fans could stay for the 2025 NFL Draft

Now that the Packers have secured their bid for hosting the 2025 draft, you might already have started working on your travel plans for getting to Green Bay.

The exact details for the draft, including the dates, are still being finalized. If you're determined to get a room with a view of Titletown, it's best to act quickly: There are only 4,653 hotel rooms in Green Bay and more than 200,000 people expected to visit.

However, you can't act too quickly, according to Discover Green Bay president Brad Toll. "In many cases, hotels don’t take reservations for hotel rooms more than one year out, unless it is a group booking multiple rooms," he said.

And, in many cases during the Packers season, Green Bay hotels require nonrefundable payment upfront and at least a two-night minimum stay.

Still, if you dream about basking in Lambeau's shadow and want to stay close to the action, here are a few suggestions to help you get started with your planning.

Lodge Kohler, 1950 S. Ridge Road

If you want to stay in the Titletown District itself, look no further. You can see the front gate and the Titletown district from here in 4-star accommodations. It's not clear, however, whether the Lodge Kohler will be open to the public for draft day. Even if it is, the experience won't come cheap, with home game day prices starting at $639 a night with a two-night minimum.

Hilton Garden Inn, 1015 Lombardi Ave.

This 3-star hotel is another popular choice for those who want to stay close to Lambeau. It's only two blocks away from the stadium. However, the rooms fill up quickly, and they're already sold out for the Packers season. You can find out more by calling 920-405-0400.

Worth the drive: other Wisconsin cities to stay for the draft

If you're willing to drive for a bit to get to Lambeau, other Wisconsin cities might be worth exploring.

The Fox Cities — Appleton, Grand Chute, Neenah, Little Chute, Kaukauna and other nearby communities — are 30 to 35 miles away from Lambeau Field. Most of the Fox Cities is a short drive from Interstate 41, which will take you straight to Titletown.

In fact, football teams visiting Lambeau frequently stay at the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley, which is located in the middle of downtown Appleton.

Appleton also has an international airport (ATW) that connects to major airline hubs like Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis and Atlanta with service from American Airlines, Delta, Allegiant, and United Airlines.

To broaden your search a little further, Manitowoc, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Sturgeon Bay are usually less than an hour's drive from Titletown, while Wausau is about two hours.

And if you just want to stay in a city with easy access to other major Wisconsin airports, Milwaukee (MKE) is around 90 miles away and Madison (MSN) is about 135, with a driving time typically between two and two and a half hours — at least when it's not game day.
