Appropriately dubbed Le Penthouse, the Madison Avenue apartment is approximately 19,815 square feet with ceilings that reach as high as 23 feet tall, allowing for river-to-river views. The apartment also comes with a 4,500 square foot private rooftop complete with a pool and a Jacuzzi.
