Flagler County K9 deputy makes final 4 in Florida’s ‘top dog’ contest

Flagler County K9 deputy Axle is one round away from the championship to win the title of Florida’s “top dog.”

Axle made the final four in the Florida Sheriff’s Association’s K9 March Madness Tournament. He’s the only K9 from Central Florida left in the running.

Axle is up against K9 Copper from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

The other two K9s left in the competition are K9 Rip from Nassau County and K9 Mako from Monroe County.

You can click here to cast your vote in the final four. Voting in this round goes through 5 p.m. Friday and voting in the championship round will begin next week.
