Flash Flooding Covers Roads in Bath County, Kentucky
Roadways in Owingsville, Kentucky, were covered in water on Wednesday, September 15, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of flash flooding in central areas of the state.
Parts of central Kentucky received as much as six inches of rain on Wednesday, WLKY reported.
