Flash Flooding Submerges Cars in Altoona, Pennsylvania

Slow-moving thunderstorms caused flash flooding in south-central Pennsylvania on Thursday, June 10, footage taken in the city of Altoona shows.

This video taken by Gabby Genua on Thursday morning shows cars parked along 21st Avenue submerged in floodwaters.
