Flex lanes closed for good on Georgia 400 starting Friday

There’s a change coming to Georgia 400 on Friday.

Flex lanes will close for good.

The lanes have allowed drivers to use the shoulder of the highway between the Pitts Road overpass and Holcomb Bridge Road.

The lanes will close at 9 p.m. Friday.

Georgia DOT will also close the left lane on Georgia 400 in both directions from 7 p.m. Friday to 7 p.m. Sunday.
