Flooding Reported as Storms Slam West Michigan

Excessive rainfall caused flooding in parts of west Michigan on Wednesday, May 11, as storms carrying hail passed over the region, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Video posted to Twitter by user @KorraSatuski shows rain and wind in Big Rapids, north of Grand Rapids, on Wednesday morning, she said.
