Their defense is more than up to the task of winning them games. The key here is that Florida Atlantic dominates the glass. As they showed in their last two games, even if they’re not perfect offensively, whether it’s poor shooting or turning the ball over, it’s possible to overcome it with sheer dominance on the glass. While the Aztecs have improved in that aspect in the tournament, they’ve been mediocre on the glass for most of the year. That, along with FAU’s 11-1 record in games decided by five points or less is enough to give them the slight edge in this one."
