Florida State Seminoles host Wake Forest Demon Deacons: How to watch, latest line

The Florida State football team is set for a top-25 showdown in Tallahassee. It seems not even a major hurricane can slow them down.

Despite Hurricane Ian plowing through Florida after making landfall Wednesday, the No. 22 Seminoles are set to host No. 21 Wake Forest on Saturday as scheduled. Demon Deacons coach Dave Clawson said he hopes FSU and the ACC "makes the right decision" about whether to play the game.

Florida State (4-0) is ranked for the first time since 2018. Quarterback Jordan Travis returned from a knee injury to play in last week's win against Boston College, throwing for 321 yards and two touchdowns. Backup Tate Rodemaker is ready to go if Travis' injury keeps him out against Wake.

The Demon Deacons (3-1) lost its first game last week in a 51-45 double-overtime shootout against Clemson. Quarterback Sam Hartman threw six touchdowns, including two apiece to Jahmal Banks and Donavon Greene.

Wake Forest has won two straight meetings against FSU, with last year's win a 35-14 drubbing.
