Florida Institute of Technology holds commencement ceremonies in Melbourne for 900 graduates

MELBOURNE — About 900 students walked in the Florida Institute of Technology's two graduation ceremonies Saturday to receive their undergraduate and graduate diplomas at the university in Melbourne. Florida Tech's acting president, Marco Carvalho, presided over both the 9:30 a.m. undergraduate ceremony and the 2 p.m. graduate ceremony.
